Sr solutions CRM specialist

Position Purpose

Responsible of creation and management of platforms focused in "Sales Call Process" in CRM and Webfocus for SM's, DM's and TM's. Teamwork with Commercial US in order to implement and updates and process in CRM and Webfocus platforms using several sources of information. Give technical support in requirements of Commercial and Operations teams to track impacts of "Sales Calls" . Should be up to date with latest frameworks and tools being capable of adapt them to current workflow when needed.

Primary Accountabilities

• Develop projects required by VP Commercial and Director Commercial in CRM Microsoft Dynamics and Webfocus, in good time and in an appropriate manner and according to rules and policies of AutoZone.

• Develop specific data mining of SFA, elaborate Sales Call reports and SFA reports, manuals and give technical support and trainings to TM's.

• Maintain healthy database of Commercial information (Customer Profile, KPI, Calls and Visits, Competitor reports NYA, Pictures, etc.) in CRM, Webfocus and SAS.

• Collaborate with TM's, Commercial Customers and Commercial Modules, to refine, improve and propose new routines and reports in Sales Call Processes in order to improve effectiveness and improve the communication between support areas.

• Collaborate with Commercial Team in US to standardize CRM and SFA processes implementing the best practices of Sales Call Process for TM's.

• Research, self-training about specific standards in relation to coding, releases and tools.

• Ensure correct functionality and performance of CRM process and Webfocus reports.

Education & Experience

Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.

Area of Study: Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related field

Years of Experience: Five to seven years.

Type of Experience: Experience in real projects, strong knowledge of ES6 JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, Object Oriented Programming, C#, PowerShell, SQL, SAS, CRM Dynamics, HTML, .NET y Java

Special Certifications or Technical Skills: MS Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, MS SQL, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, .NET Framework, Bash/PowerShell Scripting, Management

Other/Preferred: Business Intelligence, SAS, Linux, Integration Tools, Versioning, Testing, Webfocus.
