What will you do?
It is responsible for analyzing the flow information requirements for the submission of statements to the American and Mexican customs; and to develop and implement, in coordination with the Department of MIS, the computer import-export system. Comply with the guidelines and regulations of Health, Safety and Environment. Quality Commitment: Ensure that the flow of information support the operational goals of the import-export department.
Effectively develop and maintain the computer system in optimal conditions of functionality.

How will you do it?
  • Import Operations Basic knowledge of IEPS VAT Certification item AAA
  • Non-tariff regulations and restrictions Basic Knowledge of Customs Crossings
  • Validation of Certificates of Origin Basic Knowledge of Purchasing Terms (Incoterms)
  • Imports of sensitive products Basic Knowledge of Customs Value
  • Generation of Annex 24 Reports
  • Generation of Annex 31 report
  • Operating the VASTERA system
  • Legal file of auditable documents / SAT
  • Validate the Pedimentos information
  • Analyze the flow of information requirements for the submission of statements to the American and Mexican customs.
  • Identify the needs of maintenance, modification or expansion of the system.
  • In coordination with the M.I.S. Department structure and implement needs to modify the system.
  • Verify that the computer system provide accurate and timely information in order to achieve the department goal to make materials international movements in compliance with American and Mexican customs laws.

Qualifications

 What we look for?
  • International business degree or similar
  • 3 years of experience
  • Intermediate English
  • Import matters and system controls Annex 24 knowledge
