Head of Zurich Capability Center

 

Coordinates development of center-specific strategies and plans assists in development of center financial plans, and monitors center progress and recommends alternative programs and strategies, and implements policies, programs and procedures, in order to support the delivery of corporate plans.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct selection, technical training and career development of personnel.
  • Drive all customer engagements ensuring comprehensive governance over services is executed effectively.
  • Assure all SLAs with service entities remain current and relevant.
  • Lead the development and growth of the future service transition pipeline.
  • Engage with the local external Shared Services market to stay informed of market conditions, in turn shaping our overall strategic direction.
  • Administrate and direct operations to provide prompt, accurate and dependable service to customers.
  • Create and drive the internal capability of continual improvement and automation over the services that the Center provides.
  • Direct and conduct audit activities of operations to determine the effectiveness of controls, compliance with management directives, compliance with regulatory requirements and efficiency of operations.
  • Identify opportunities and risks associated with changes in internal and external environments by developing and implementing short term and long term operational goals
  • Implement corrective action on audit findings and for improvement of operational efficiency.
  • Support operations expense management by translating business objectives into clearly defined business cases, costs or schedules in order to deliver efficient operations.
  • Work with peers and other stakeholders from across the to contribute to the development of operational processes and lead the implementation of systems and process improvements

 

Your Skills And Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7 or more years of experience in related field.
